At Jewelboxes.com we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. You may return your purchase within 30 days. If the item is damaged we will replace or refund at your request. Return credits will not be issued until we receive the returned product and inspect. All returns must be returned with an assigned Return Authorization #.
